Expertise

Vision plays a tremendous role in our independence, productivity and happiness, where preserving that vision plays a direct role in honouring one’s quality of life.

We know an increasing number of Canadians are finding it difficult to access the appropriate medical expertise they need to care for their vision, and as a result over 1 million Canadians are living with blindness that could have been prevented.

Today, according to public health estimates, 8 million Canadians are currently living with an eye disease that may lead to blindness.

Our mission is to eliminate preventable blindness by making expert Ophthalmology eye disease diagnosis and assessments accessible to all Canadians in a convenient and affordable way.

At Euclid Telehealth we are pursuing this mission, in collaboration with the Galen Eye Centre.  This Kingston-based clinic was founded in 2011 by Dr. Delan Jinapriya, a physician and surgeon specializing in eye care with a world-class approach to glaucoma treatment.

With partners like Dr. Jinapriya, the Galen Eye Centre, and soon many others across the country, Euclid Telehealth is both excited and honoured to bring expert eye care, convenience, early detection, and ultimately the prevention and treatment of vision loss to all Canadians.
